How To Get Nice Body ?

    The way to loss weight is just control what you  eat or drink in proper quantity and good things for your health.
   •    Avoid the fried things for example Fried chicken, Fried meatballs, French fries etc. Because this will make you get high cholesterol and the disease will follow such as hypercholesterolemia, hyperlipidemia
    •    Avoid to drink coffee with bread in breakfast.Breakfast is the most important meal, you should get more nutritional value.You can change from one slice of bread
and one cup of coffee to cereal and milk, rice porridge etc.Because the food will change to energy for your body.
   
    •    Eat vegetables every meals especially fresh vegetable because it contains with many mineral and fibers for excretion and don’t get overweight.
    •    Drink fruit juice, u can abstract from fruits then you will get more benefit because your body can absorp easier than eat vegetables. If you don’t have shaker for abstract vegetable, you can chop them to small pieces plus water then mix them together. The exception is avoid the sweet fruits because they can make you fat.
    •    Avoid soft drink because it contains with mostly sugar. The exceed sugar will make you getting fat and diabete mellitus(DM) also.
    •    Decrease in quantity of food in every meals !! For example from 2 dishes to 1 dish, from whole dish to half of dish. You must not starving because your health will getting weak and lacking immunity.
    •    Don’t let yourself hungry too much because your stomach will twist likes a screw so don’t let yourself suffer either of hungry or for a diet.You should find something like fruits for suspend your hunger.
    •    Chewing food slowly. If you are chewing food too fast, the digestion system will get more work  to do and you will getting hard for digestion like flatulence and you will eat more than usual. How fast you eat, You feel like you eat less and not full.
    •    Drink 2 glasses of water before eating about 30 minutes, you will feel full faster than usual.
    •    Avoid to eat food that contain cholesterol but not starving. Cholesterol has 2 types is Good cholesterol (useful for health) and Bad cholesterol(bad for health). Good cholesterol or High density lipoprotein (HDL) can get from fish, plant  it will reduce cholesterol level. Bad cholesterol  or  Low  density  lipoprotein(LDL) can get from animals  it will increase cholesterol level.
    •    Vegetarian is good for health because mostly of foods are vegetables but you should beware to eat too much carbohydrate also and avoid the fried food. Eat some protein from peanut instead the meat is better.
    •    Drink low-fat milk, you will not getting fatter.
