    •    Avoid to drink coffee with bread in breakfast.Breakfast is the most important meal, you should get more nutritional value.You can change from one slice of bread
and one cup of coffee to cereal and milk, rice porridge etc.Because the food will change to energy for your body.

1. Avoid dinner, this is the first step to next step. Breakfast and lunch, you can eat normally but dinner you should avoid carbohydrate by eat vegetables with Chili mackerel, sour soup made of tamarind paste, spicy mixed vegetable soup, spicy minced meat salad and also avoid fried food.
2. Choose one day in a week for don’t eating meet, fat, rice but eat only fruits ex. Papaya
3. Change from eating fruit to drinking fruit juice consecutive 3 days.
